The Amazon listing looks lousy at the moment — I need to get plugged into their system to provide the thumbnail, search-inside-the-book, longer description, and all that jazz. That’ll take a little while. And it’s slowly making it out to international sellers as well — I’ll be updating the main Android page on the CommonsWare Web site with links shortly.
And, for some reason, you can’t find the book in Amazon by searching on ‘android’. I’m guessing there’s some sort of catalog indexing process that takes a little time. Particularly once I get search-inside-the-book and a longer description going, though, that problem should clear up.
Amazon is not discounting past the $30 list price, so unless you really like printed books, the Warescription is still the better deal by far: $35, but you get all updates for a year, plus any other books CommonsWare publishes during that year.
